21st Battalion King's Royal Rifle Corps
A memorial cross was originally placed in the Guards Cemetery, Les Boeufs, France with the names of many men from the 21st KRRC including Tom's name - it is possible that Tom was originally buried here or somewhere near here when consolidation of the graves took place. The 21st KRRC was made up of men and boys from farmers in the north of England - they were known as the Yeoman Rifles
