Lance Serjeant
25th (Montgomeryshire and Welch Horse Yeomanry) Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers
Was a territorial before the war and was called up in August 1914. Reginald's service file includes a very sad letter from the local regimental office asking for clarification on behalf of Reginald's mother and family. They had just been received an official letter telling them that their portion of Reginald's pay was being stopped because he had been killed. They had received no letter telling them that their son was dead.
